We serve as consultants in cardiovascular medicine to the primary care or referring physicians.  Therefore, all patients must have a primary care physician for their routine medical care. 

All visits are by appointment only.  Our office is open from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday and 8:30 am to 4:00 pm on Friday.  Please notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to keep your appointment.  A minimum of 24 hours is requested.
